Congratulations to our Farnsley Volleyball team for earning the Fall Sports Wildcat Scholar Athlete Cup! This award recognizes the team with the highest academic performance among all fall sports programs, reflecting excellence both on the court and in the classroom. As a reward for their outstanding efforts, the team will spend the day visiting the University of Louisville and Bellarmine University, where they will have the unique opportunity to watch both women’s volleyball teams practice. This experience connects athletics and academics in a powerful way—showing our student-athletes how discipline, teamwork, and focus translate from the classroom to collegiate-level competition. The visit will also give students a firsthand look at the academic and athletic expectations of college student-athletes, reinforcing the message that success in sports begins with success in school. Congratulations again to our Volleyball Wildcats for leading the way as true scholar-athletes and representing Farnsley with pride!
